Why soft washing
High pressure isn't always the answer
Blasting siding at 3,000 PSI can force water behind it, strip paint and etch wood. For houses and roofs we use low pressure and a cleaning solution that actually kills the growth at the root, so it stays clean for a year or more instead of a few months.
Concrete's different. Driveways and walkways get our surface cleaner at full pressure for that even, like-new finish.

Hey, I'm Marcus.
I started BrightSide in 2019 with a used trailer rig and one rule: treat every house like it's my mom's. Jenna joined a year later and now runs scheduling, quotes and keeping me on time.
We're a small, local crew in Apex. You'll talk to one of us when you call, and one of us is on your driveway on wash day. No call centers, no surprise add-ons, no hard sell on a "maintenance plan" you didn't ask for.
When we're not washing houses you'll find us at Apex Sunday farmers' market or coaching our daughter's U10 soccer team.

Good questions, straight answers
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as we can get to an outdoor spigot and any gates are unlocked, we can do the whole job while you're at work. We'll text before-and-after photos when we're done.
Is it safe for my plants and pets?
Yes. We pre-soak plants, rinse them again after, and use a diluted solution that's applied at low pressure. Keep pets inside while we're working and until surfaces are dry, usually about an hour.
How often should I have my house washed?
Around here, about once a year. North-facing walls and shady lots near trees grow mildew faster, so some folks do those sides every spring.
Can you get the red clay stains off my driveway?
Usually a lot of them. Fresh clay and organic stains come right up; older rust and clay stains may need a separate treatment, which we'll price up front.
What if it rains on wash day?
Light rain is fine. In fact, it's normal to wash in it. Thunderstorms, we reschedule for the next open day at no charge.
How do I pay?
After the job is done and you've had a look. We take cards, Venmo, Zelle or checks. No deposits for regular residential work.
